What You Will Do
The Marketing Strategy and Analytics team is seeking a Fall 2024 Intern who will be an outstanding addition to the team! This role involves regular collaboration with marketing leaders, where you'll be involved in business management and brand operations, identifying processes to iterate, and sharing insights with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a wealth of experience in operations, coupled with effective communication skills. Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, intellectual curiosity, and a knack for innovation are the qualities we're seeking. • Support the Hulu Marketing team with strategic projects spanning brand and performance marketing functions
• Assist campaign leads on extracting insights and documenting key learnings
• Work with team leads on improving or establishing processes
• Articulate marketing insights in a clear, concise manner to partners and stakeholders
Required Qualifications & Skills
• A proactive, positive, and collaborative approach to work.
• Proven organizational prowess and efficiency, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering measurable outcomes
• Proficiency in data analysis and its application for informed decision-making
• A balanced ability to zoom in on details and zoom out for strategic thinking
• Enjoy finding ways to improve or develop processes
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in marketing or business domains, either through internships or work assignments
• Familiarity with the entertainment industry
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and taking at least one class, or be a recent graduate of an accredited college or university within the last six (6) months at time of application, or be currently participating in the Disney College Program, Disney Culinary Program or Disney Professional Internship Program
• At least 18 years of age
• May not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
• Possess unrestricted work authorization
• The approximate dates of this internship are June 2024- January 2025
• Availability to work full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship, most hours being in person, with possible days working from home. Preferably 9am-6pm PT, Monday - Friday.
The pay rate for this internship in California is $21.70 per hour.
