About the Role & Program:As the Creative Marketing Intern for Disney Branded Television, you'll join a dynamic team responsible for developing and executing A/V campaigns for beloved Disney Channel, Disney XD, Disney Junior, and Disney+ series and specials. You'll gain hands-on experience in entertainment marketing strategy, creative production, and campaign management for iconic family entertainment brands.
The approximate dates of this internship are January 2026 through June 2026.
If selected for this role, you will report to the Creative Director, Creative Marketing.
What You Will Do:
On any given day you might:
• Support and collaborate with a team of AV Creatives, contributing to a culture of excellence in marketing and teamwork.
• Assist in developing and executing innovative creative campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Deliver show lifts, music lifts, and retag content.
• Support the craft editing team.
• Maintain administrative paperwork.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience with social media content and editing for various platforms.
• Shows initiative in learning and applying creative and post-production workflows, including video and audio editing processes, to support high-quality content delivery.
• Executes both technical and creative tasks independently, adhering to direction and established timelines to achieve project objectives.
• Maintains exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality in all deliverables while actively seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Adapts effectively to evolving priorities and schedules, utilizing a solution-oriented mindset to meet deadlines and support team goals.
• Collaborates productively within a team environment, fostering clear communication and contributing to cohesive, innovative creative outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
It would also be great if you have:
• Knowledge and use of Adobe Premiere Pro Creative Cloud.
• Interest in creative writing and storytelling.
• Basic working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
Education:
• Senior year
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
• Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
• Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information
• Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
• Fully available from January 2026 through June 2026
• Fully available from Monday through Friday, primarily, and occasionally nights and weekends for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
• Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Burbank, California area
• Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work in the Burbank, California area

The pay rate for this role in California is $22.50 per hour.
