Estágio Profissional - Scheduling Intern (Programming Department)

The Scheduling team is responsible for creating the final TV Schedules in a specific software after coordination with all stakeholders involved in the process.

The Scheduling Intern will be supporting the team by learning several essential tasks that contribute to the success of our channels such as:
• Planning, prepare and implement broadcast guidelines and breaks strategy;
• Promotional metadata and breaks inventory management of Entertainment and Factual channels;
• Check all program information, including promotional elements in line with planning strategy;
• Daily playlist tracking and reconciliation of all channels, to confirm that all broadcasts ran according to planned for both Editorial and Commercial contents.

Qualifications Required/Preferred:
• Graduated in Media Studies, other social and technical studies will be considered;
• Interest and a taste for learning in general and in particular about Television;
• Proactive, motivated, versatile, responsible, with strong attention to detail;
• Good ability to manage time and meet deadlines;
• MS Excel knowledge and easiness to learn how to work on internal software;
• Must be fluent in English. Spanish is a plus

This is a 12 months duration opportunity within our office in Lisboa.
