Job Description

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The Production Intern will be part of the Creative Department, learning and supporting the team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• General support to internal projects;
• Support the relationship between Creative team and the different stakeholders;
• Monitor the progress and comply with project deadlines, managing the process approval;
• Organize meetings and documents necessary for execution of the project;
• Materials management and assets for the project ensure the quality control.

EXPECTED AREAS OF COMPETENCE (i.e. Personal Skills & Attributes):
• Graduated in Communication/Marketing/Advertising;
• Good communication and organization skills;
• Able to manage priorities and meeting deadlines by supporting different projects at the same time;
• Interested and highly motivated for learning in general;
• Proactive and dynamic, versatile and a team player;
• Portuguese speaker and must be fluent in English.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

No experience required
