This role is part of the Retention & Lifecycle team and is responsible to lend support for projects on driving customer engagement and retention through the development, set up and optimisation of campaigns to support the key KPIs of acquisition, engagement, retention and customer lifetime value for Disney+ Hotstar.

Responsibilities:

Dedicated project: Lifecycle automation campaign
• Collaborating with marketing ops team and implement guidelines of best practices on campaign execution.
• Develop plans on how to drive user engagement and retention through campaigns.
• Implement customer journeys for engagement, retention and winback objectives using our CRM tools across push notifications, in-app, web and email channels.
• Analyse result of the campaign through data measurement analysis and share with markets as a best practice.

Campaign management
• Update and maintain campaign calendars.
• Collaborate with agency to ensure deliverables of campaigns are well prepared and provided in accordance with campaigns objective.
• Maintain dashboard of campaigns result.
• Build campaign result decks.
• Manage the assets and distribution to key stakeholders.
• Liaise with agency and freelance to requests copy and design for campaign needs.
Overall
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop marketing campaigns across direct comms channels including email, push and in app & App Stores.
• Collaborating with the planning and development of a marketing calendar for direct comms
• Working with creative teams to get assets for campaigns.
• Running test and learn plans.

Internship Requirements:
• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree/diploma
• Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
• Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between July to December 2024

Requirements:
• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, business studies, Communications, Media, or a related field
• Has a strong willingness to run test and learn at a customer and campaign level.
• Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise work projects.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability in analytical and numerical skills is an added value.
• Knowledge or interest in Digital Marketing is a plus.
• Interest or fan mentality for Disney, Pixar, Star Wars and Marvel
• Highly self-motivated and meticulous with a strong passion for the streaming industry
• Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organizations, and to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
• Strong team player; possesses good interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in cross functional teams.
• Adopts a challenging and questioning approach, proposing information and solutions in creative ways.
• Passionate team player with a never-ending curiosity
• Self-starter that needs minimal supervision in motivating himself/herself, always looking for opportunities to contribute to our campaigns and overall projects.
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strategic thinker with good communications skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
