Job Description
** This role is based 4 days per week in our Madrid Office and 1 day working from home**

As part of the Disney Iberia HR team this individual will report to the HR Director, this role will provide assistance to the HR Department on the day-to-day operational tasks and support the HR Business Partners, mainly on recruitment and selection, onboarding process and employee records.

Key accountabilities:

Recruitment:

Working with the Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Talent Acquisition Team and local HR Business Partners to support the Interns Recruitment process

Facilitating the organisation of the briefing sessions with hiring managers

Posting job adverts and screening candidate resumes via Workday

Coordinating interviews and processing offers

Conduct onboarding process with new hires and assist the Hiring Managers on their own role on the onboarding process

Administrative, database and records:

Help to maintain HR records, dashboards and other databases up to date

In collaboration with the Global HR operations team, assist on personnel administration tasks for onboarding and reporting

Assist HRBPs and the Global HR operations team on monitoring internships and temporary contracts termination dates

Help to maintain all policies and articles in the Intranet & HR systems up to date

Provide assistance on the HR processes and tools used within the Company

You will support the HRBPs and Internal Communications team on employee events and initiatives

Assist in the organisation and logistics of all training sessions and events led by HR

Experience required for the position:
• Currently pursuing a degree/masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, law or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS office (Word, excel, Power Point).
• Basic understanding of HR principles would be a plus.
• High level of English is a must
