Disney+ Hotstar is leading the way as one of the largest premium video platform in Indonesia. It is the dedicated home for streaming movies and shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, Star and more. It is available on most internet-connected devices and offers a variety of original feature-length films, documentaries, live-action and animated series and short-form content. Alongside unprecedented access to Disney's incredible library of film and television entertainment, the service is also the exclusive streaming home for the latest releases from The Walt Disney Studios.

The Content Marketing Intern role is to support Content Marketing campaigns for Studios and Disney+ Hotstar in Indonesia (ID). He/she will assist to coordinate asset creation, work with agencies to manage assets for campaign roll outs, provide strategic support on campaigns such as developing brief, gather insights related to the campaign, conduct content performance analysis.

Responsibilities:
• Work with the team to develop campaign brief
• Assist in developing media plans and strategies to effectively reach target audiences
• Monitor and track media campaign performance, providing regular updates to the team
• Support the planning and execution of on-ground promotional events, including screenings, premieres, and activations
• Coordinate logistics for events, such as cinema selection, design/layout, seating arrangement, etc.
• Provide on-site support during events, overseeing setup, registration, and attendee engagement
• Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of marketing assets, including trailers, posters, and promotional materials
• Ensure that marketing assets are updated and accessible to the team for use in various campaigns and promotions
• Assist in approval process of all content that will be used in any placement

Internship Requirements:
• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree
• Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
• Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between July to December 2024

Requirements:
• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• Candidates should be fluent in English and be a fan of movies and series entertainment
• Knowledge in The Walt Disney Company content library, brands, franchises, and characters that define them, and expertise to build further audience engagement
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and constantly evolving organizations, and to thrive in an extremely fast-paced and high-pressure working environment
• Adopts a challenging and questioning approach, proposing information and solutions in creative ways
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations
• Good communications skills
• Creative mindset
• Results-oriented
• Proficient in Google Drive, Sheet, and Slide
