About the Role & Team
The Disney+ CEE Retention Intern will be a vital member of the Disney+ Retention team in Central Europe, and will be instrumental in driving and optimising customer decisions across the CE region (with focus on Poland, Romania, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia). This role provides an opportunity for learning digital customer marketing in a world-class streaming service. The individual will be working with local and regional teams to coordinate engagement and retention campaigns, reduce churn, provide business analysis, optimise product and make Disney+ subscribers enjoy our content. Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data are essential for this role, as analytics is the foundation of our decision-making and strategy development.
We offer a 12-month paid internship under an employment contract. We require student status, availability for at least 30 hours per week, and the ability to work onsite at our Warsaw office 4 days a week.
What You Will Do
• Curating CEE communication calendar;
• Asset and copy localization for email, mobile, CTV, in-app (promoting new releases, library, long-running series etc) campaigns in 5 CEE markets;
• Data Analysis, identifying trends and patterns;
• Preparing reports and presentations with data analysis results and recommendations
• Business data curation and research from different sources;
• Reporting and analysing campaign performance;
• Cross-team cooperation with local and regional stakeholders (marketing, analytics, legal, performance);
• Product development (e.g. automated messaging, personalised content recommendation, UX updates to Disneyplus.com);
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Passion for Disney brand;
• Outstanding academic record;
• Analytical and problem solving skills;
• Deep interest in marketing, business, management or data analytics;
• Curiosity and motivation to learn;
• Great communication and presentation skills;
• Native in one of CE languages and English at business proficiency level;
• Strong work ethic, professionalism and integrity;
• Team player with positive and open-minded attitude;
