Job Description

Overview

This position will give suport to Company Legal Manager. The job is related to Corporate Law, mainly Contract Law, comprising issues regarding intellectual property, pay tv, digital media, data protection, entertainment, and advertisement, among others.

Responsibilities
• Drafting/Analysis/Revision of Service Agreements;
• Drafting of notifications in response to Public Authorities (e.g. regulatory agencies, prosecutors, judicial courts, etc.);
• Drafting and archiving of internal documents referred to compliance issues;
• Translation of legal documents (Portuguese-English/ English Portuguese);
• Helping to ensure compliance with FCPA, data privacy and regulatory obligations;
• Collaborate with outside counsel regarding claims and litigation;
• Update litigation reports;
• Conduct legal research;
• Assisting the legal department in general.

Qualifications
• English (Fluent/Advanced);
• Attending from the 6th to 8th semester of Law College;
• Knowledge in corporate law and contract law is a plus.
