Overview

Support the Distribution Marketing department in the day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities
• Organize shipment of decoration materials and gifts for Marketing activations - place orders in the logistics system
• Send welcome package to new customers - digital and physical material
• Send images, logos, descriptions and information about Discovery content to clients
• Organize, together with the freelancer, the creation of communication materials: highlights of the month newsletter, promos of the month, programming and special e-mails
• Contact with clients, suppliers and agencies to align Marketing actions
• Elaboration of simple briefings for smaller actions
• Support to the Marketing department to elaborate presentations, spreadsheets and reports
• Support to customers with general demands

Qualifications
• Undergraduate student in Advertising, Marketing, or communication related courses
• Basic/intermediate English desirable
• Effective oral and written communication
• Proactivity and interest in learning
• Teamwork
• Attention to details
• Excellent organization to handle various day-to-day tasks
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
• Knowledge in Photoshop desirable
