Apprentice to US Senior Agent--VIRTUAL/REMOTE

We are currently accepting applications for a virtual/remote paid apprenticeship alongside our US-based senior agent, assisting her in all day-to-day agency operations including: recruiting and signing new talent, casting, deal and contract negotiation, internal talent management, and correspondence/relationship curating with the most elite level of industry figures (production companies, casting offices, brand partnerships/sponsorships for our performers, network and studio execs, advertising and marketing companies, and more). This would be an ideal experience for students with their eyes set on potentially a career in this or a related field, and we would be happy to explore with their academic institution what might be needed for this engagement to count towards university course credit. We are active members of England's prestigious PMA guild ( https://thepma.com/ ) as well as of British Equity Performers' Union (UK SAG equivalent and sister union), which means that anyone working on our team benefits from being in close contact with an enormous network of the most respected talent representation and showbusiness professionals around today.

We are thinking, at least initially, of a commitment which would be 10 hours a week, with a symbolic apprentice-level hourly contribution for their time. The work schedule has some flexibility but is primarily to be focused in the first office morning hours of the day on US CST. The position is 100% remote/virtual and can be performed from anywhere. 

And just as a further note: we are growing exponentially and always looking for new permanent members for our team, and interested in nurturing long-term relationships. In just the last year, a number of colleagues who started out in junior positions have moved up to busy Agents within the company, and that is always a very real possibility for anyone who works with us.
