Your New Role…

We are looking for interns to join the Ad Sales team of CNNIC China office in Beijing. You will get to support Ad Sales of CNNIC China office, in research, media planning, preparing proposals and campaign execution.

Interns should be able to commit onsite for a minimum of 3 to 4 days a week for a period of 6 months.

Your Role Accountabilities…

Some of your tasks may include:
• Researching on clients' advertisement campaigns
• Involve in media planning and proposals
• Monitoring industry news, market trends and latest practices relating to project development
• Supporting translation works for campaigns
• Consolidating data and preparing reports for sales activities and follow up
• Supporting ad-hoc projects as required

Qualifications & Experience…
• Studying towards a bachelor or master degree in marketing, media, communications or related disciplines
• Graduating by 2024
• Have experience with marketing and/or advertising work
• Be able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English and Mandarin
• Be proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Be a confident and effective communicator and connect with internal and external stakeholders
• Be organized, detail oriented and an independent team player who is able to prioritize tasks and deadlines
• Be able to commit for 3 to 4 days a week for 6 months
