The Job
The Social Programming intern will work with the Bleacher Report Programming team on finding engaging content on the internet, pitching ideas and working alongside our portfolio brands.
The Daily
• Content curation
• Assist in daily planning
• Social platform maintenance
• Market research
• Help with pre-production for social videos
The Essentials
• Deep understanding of current and emerging social platforms: Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
• Able to write clean copy and proofread
• Passion for pop culture, sports, and digital media
• Ability to work in a team environment with flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends
• Able to handle last-minute or quick-turnaround deadlines
• Experience working for media organization or student web publication a plus
• Basic web publishing skills a plus

Internship Program
• Students must be currently enrolled in a college degree program for the full duration of the internship
• Summer 2022 program dates are June 6th - August 12th (additional time frames are available for students in a university quarter system); must be available for full program duration
• Full-time schedule (40 hours/week)
• Company-issued computer provided for the duration of the internship program
