Job Description

Are you interested in shaping the future of movies and television? Do you want to define the next generation of how and what Amazon customers are watching? Amazon Studios is responsible for producing and acquiring compelling content for our massive global base of Amazon Prime Video customers. As the home of Original shows and movies like the Emmy Award-winning comedy The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, the raucous and satirical superhero takedown The Boys, the sequel to Eddie Murphy's cult-classic film Coming 2 America, and, coming in 2022, the TV adaptation of The Lord of the Rings, we are just getting started. We need your passion, innovative ideas, and creativity to help take us to new heights.

The internship will give an aspiring, MBA candidate the opportunity to work alongside our Amazon Studios strategists on projects supporting our US/Global content portfolio. Named in memory of Yang Yang Liu, a Senior Manager of Content Strategy who was tragically killed when she was hit by a car while out jogging near her home, this annual internship position will ensure Yang Yang's legacy continues for years to come. Yang Yang's passion for media was infectious, and she will be remembered as a brilliant, kind, generous, disarmingly witty, and fiercely dedicated woman, colleague and friend. We encourage candidates who share the same bias for action, relentlessly high standards, and customer obsession as Yang Yang to apply today. We welcome and encourage a diverse set of candidates to apply.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
