Intern - Physical Production

Job Description

Sr. Production Executive and Scripted Production Coordinator are seeing a Physical Production Intern . Intern will be assisting the Genre Production Coordinator with current production show tracking, entering in updated show data onto Airtable for distribution, attending Weekly Business Reviews, Creating/updating Show Contact Sheets, tutorials on Scenechronize and Movie Magic Budgeting, fielding any calls and taking detailed notes during meetings.

This internship will also give the opportunity to learn more of Studio Production, more specifically catering to our Genre scripted series. Will have an introduction to breaking down a script, breaking down episodic budgets, as well as Movie Magic Budgeting. Will also get the opportunity to learn the structure of the studio and how all the departments integrate with each other.

Intern will work hand in hand with the Sr. Production Executive and the Production Coordinator as mentors. With this learning experience, they will have the opportunity to put their creative skills to work as they work in multiple areas of the production process.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Intern should have prior knowledge to Microsoft Office, Research Experience, Library Archives and note taking. In an effort to monitor performance, a full Intern Preparation Document will be created for necessary tasks, skills and performance for the duration of internship. This will give the opportunity to build relationships in the industry to strengthening chances of finding employment after graduation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior knowledge of Movie Magic Budgeting a plus.
