Acquisitions & Development (Remote)

A24 is looking for a part-time intern to support the Acquisitions & Development team for the Summer 2023 semester -- must be available up to 30 hours per week with a June 5th, 2023 start date.

Initial Responsibilities
• Script coverage –A key responsibility would be to write weekly coverages of a script/book submission following our coverage format which includes a log line, summary, comments sections and a PASS or CONSIDER note.
• Support Acquisitions team with administrative tasks – errands, scheduling needs, assist with festival prep: help track reviews, help make reservations, and confirm that the festival and scheduling information are accurate.

• Someone who is concise, able to evaluate information qualitatively and provide thoughtful feedback when writing coverages.
Our internships are part-time roles with an hourly rate of $17.00. Actual pay will depend on various considerations, including: education, experience, skills, specializations, training, and business needs.
