Summer Intern - Ad Sales Partnerships

Job Description

This position will assist with the organization and management of the Ad Sales Marketing, Partnerships Production and Pitch departments. Aid in the Partnership pitch process (brainstorming and creating client pitch decks) to learn the collective components of successful partnership management for our clients across all our network's platforms.
Onsite training for various internal programs will be provided as needed.

The intern will work directly with his/her managers to help assist the Ad Sales Marketing, Partnerships Production and Pitch Team departments.

This includes, but is not limited to:
-updating charts
-attending meetings
-brainstorming thought starters for clients
-assisting in gathering materials for award submissions
-shadowing production managers in their projects
-reading movie scripts and providing recaps
-writing social copy
-presentations on emerging platforms

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS THE INTERN NEEDS
• Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Solid oral, written, and presentation communication skills
• Both an analytical and creative thinking mind-set
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and a true team player!
