Your Role Accountabilities • Monitor 5000-ton Central Cooling / chilled water distribution plant and critical space (Datacenter) operation scattered across 12 buildings and 1.5M s/f of commercial production space; specifically, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, make up water stations and controls. • Responsible for, maintenance and operation of commercial comfort cooling and critical application HVAC units (AHU, FCU, VAV, FPV, CRAH, CRAC units) • Diagnose and resolve issues with boilers, pumps, electrical systems, air handlers, air compressors, exhaust fans, Liebert units, and related mechanical components. • Conduct preventative maintenance on mechanical systems per established schedules to maximize uptime and extend equipment life.
