You will collaborate with attorneys, legal professionals, technologists, and business leaders to design and drive a global privacy program that supports every corner of EA, from game studios and marketing to central technology and AI initiatives.... as other international frameworks.
• Ability to bridge the gap between legal, technical, and design, with sufficient technical and UX fluency to partner effectively with engineers and designers in creating privacy-forward, player-facing experiences.
• Knowledge of children's and age-appropriate design and compliance frameworks, along with at least a familiarity in online safety laws and requirements aimed at protecting minors.
• Experience with technology transactions, including drafting and negotiating Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
• Understanding of incident response processes, including data breach preparedness and management.
• Comfort with using AI tools to enhance individual and team productivity.
• Interest in AI privacy and ethics, including responsible data use in emerging technologies.
• Professional certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, or AIGP preferred.
