Job Description

By driving technological innovations, Disney Streaming Services aspires to become the leading distributor of direct-to-consumer of entertainment and the premier provider of video streaming solutions globally. It successfully designs, develops, and delivers direct-to-consumer streaming services for a growing roster of media products. Media Engineering works on building out the scalable distributed systems for processing media that is core to our products.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables

Basic Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related software engineering field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of developing software products
• Experience in programming with Java and proficient with one or more general purpose programming languages (Scala, Javascript, C#, C++, etc)​
