Business Analytics Manager, Trust and Safety

Whether understanding and solving their online content concerns, navigating within global legal frameworks, or writing and enforcing worldwide policy, the Trust & Safety team is on the frontlines of enhancing the YouTube experience, building internet safety, and protecting free speech in our ever-evolving digital world.

In this role you will manage a team of analysts, quantify organization-level Trust and Safety metrics, report on performance of our models, tools, and global operations, in an environment where countless hours of new content is uploaded every minute globally.

You will demonstrate problem-solving leadership. You'll rely on your technical and analytical expertise to deliver a good user experience on YouTube, especially as it relates to content abuse. You will work closely with the engineering and operational leaders as well as policy area leaders to convert insights from the Analytics team into actions that will enhance the creator and viewer experience. You will deliver and leverage insights on operations and policies to inform new strategies and solutions.
