Job Description

• Work closely with Customer Success Managers of a new Fandango data product, solving technical challenges as they arise
• Generate reporting related to customers' campaign, audience and platform performance
• Collaborate with team members to generate setup guides, along with learnings and best practices that can be shared with customers and used as Sales collateral
• Coordinate and generate custom campaign analysis with Business Insights team
• Assist with the execution of custom data processes for customers on a daily basis, bridging any gaps between Fandango products and studio/customer use cases
• Manage onboarding of newly integrated platform partners
• Execute technical account setup within marketing and onboarding platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, LiveRamp & DV360
• Creating accounts, managing access & permissions
• Audience delivery
• Campaign and conversion tracking setup & QA
• Contribute towards building a great team

• Bachelors Degree
• 3+ years experience in programmatic media buying/planning, including in-depth platform experience with Facebook, AdWords & DV360
• Strong understanding of and experience working with DMPs
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and related KPIs
• Strong understanding of identity graphs and data onboarding platforms
• Technical experience with analytical tools and strong proficiency in data analysis

• Great communication skills, both internally and externally; you follow up with people rather than their needing to follow up with you
• Bachelors and/or Masters degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or other quantitative field
• Great EQ is essential
