Job Description

In this role you will work closely with the Spain Creative Services Team connected with the Mediaplanning team to coordinate promo make list and monthly requirements. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for the Kids Make list development (different countries) and will be managing the suppliers-budget to guarantee the promotion make list as well as to support other promotions needs.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
-To plan, following Mediaplanning team guidelines, the monthly make-list for Kids channels.
-Guarantees implementation of creative briefs as per expected standards of delivery.
-To transmit effectively the imputs and requirements to the video edition suppliers.
-To send material files to local partners in order to produce the promos needed.
-Overseeing the quality and progress of audio, video editing & design.
-To manage the translations needed for the promotion.
-Overseeing voice-over session as well as Audio-mix sessions with the local European teams.
-Coordinate the Edition/Audio-mix suppliers. Ensure production of the target number of local versions for the different feeds.
-To download all the elements sent by Global Marketing Teams needed.
-Download all the materials sent by Edition/Audio suppliers to complete the production process.
-Collect all the material from different distributors.
-Coordinate all the promo material needed for the promotion.
-To ensure the process for applying the promotion to other localization all the required local versions from the feeds.
-To adapt the post-production to the inputs from the different areas involved.
-Guarantee all the elements needed to broadcast.
-Manage operating expenses budget, external deals and invoicing control.
-To communicate effectively with management, editorial and technical team.

Preferred Qualifications:
-At least 6 years' experience in a related industry team.
-Demonstrated ability to manage the creative process.
-Must be self-motivated and disciplined.
-High communication skills.
-Fluent in English.
-Strong knowledge of the channels key shows.
-A passion for TV.
-Knowledge of pop culture, news and the latest trends in kids & entertainment.
-Capability to respond under pressure or tight deadlines, with strong work ethic and team work.
-Strong expertise in video post-production tools: extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Software and video formats and codecs.
