Engineering Director, Trust and Safety

Job Description

As a Director within YouTube's Trust and Safety team, you'll define and execute our strategy to protect the YouTube platform by inhibiting misconduct and also encouraging respectful behaviour. This will be done by influencing product design broadly across YouTube to create features that are hard to abuse, and create positive feedback loops of virtuous, valuable activity and interactions on the platform.

You will utilize your technical and leadership expertise to lead engineers, manage a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.
