• As Performance Marketing Planning Manager for Disney+ Australia and New Zealand, you will be responsible for all planning of daily and weekly spend levels and CPA targets according to the overarching Performance Marketing budget and strategy
• Working closely with the wider Disney+ AUNZ marketing team, you will provide cross-channel campaign reporting and insights
• You will also provide day-to-day management across a variety of Performance Marketing channels
• This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract with potential for extension
Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing reporting and forecasting:
• Planning spend against the AUNZ Performance Marketing budget. Forecasting daily/weekly channel targets (subscriber acquisition volumes and CPAs)
• Working with Finance and the wider Disney+ AUNZ marketing team to socialise targets and track results
Performance Marketing insights and optimisation:
• Continuously monitor and analyse performance of all subscriber acquisition channels. Identify areas for optimization for the wider Disney+ AUNZ marketing team
• Analyse campaign and channel performance across a variety of ad serving platforms and multi-touch attribution tools
Performance Marketing channel management:
• Test and experiment across a variety of channels, in collaboration with the global Performance Marketing and Marketing Insights team
• Monitor and analyse campaigns to meet subscriber acquisition volumes and CPA goals
• Develop and execute innovative growth strategies
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 2+ years of forecasting and modelling experience, ideally from a Performance Marketing direct-to-consumer background
• Power-user in Excel or Google Data Studio
• Strong numerical reasoning and analytical capability
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience managing a variety of Performance Marketing channels
• Google certification preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
• Expertise with web analytics tools, web technology implementation, bid management and ad serving platforms
• History of managing stakeholders (locally and internationally) and ensuring alignment and understandings of expectations
• Proven ability for both tactical work and overall strategy development
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to examines issues from a broad perspective while considering impact beyond immediate scope
• Logical and lateral thinker
• Excellent time management and organisation skills to ensure all priorities and multiple deadlines are met
• A strong team player who contributes to an environment that embraces innovation
• Strong communication skills including written, verbal and interpersonal
Preferred Education
Undergraduate degree preferred.
