Senior Frontend Engineer - Enterprise Security

The User Focused Security Engineering team is building tools to enable our workforce to operate securely and independently. We're challenging the traditional security model by providing security insights and guidance to our users at key moments rather than enforcing blanket policies. Our tools give people the right security context, so they can continue to make decisions quickly and autonomously without introducing unintended risks. We're a highly collaborative and centralized team; the more that we work with our users and understand them, the better we can tailor experiences and improve security outcomes.

We are looking for a frontend software engineer that can help us build tools that enable our employees to make the best security choices. Our ideal team member has expertise in front end development and ability to contribute in other layers of the tech stack. They are good at understanding and solving complex and ambiguous problems. They love to work closely with users to better understand and address their needs.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:
• Strong front end and JavaScript development experience.
• One or more back end technologies like node.js or Java.
• The ability to collaborate effectively within and across teams.
• Experience designing and implementing APIs for broad use.
• Empathy for your users.

It's a bonus if you have experience with:
• Familiarity with security principles and practices.
• Usability and UX research.
• Experience with mobile web or native mobile development.
