Communications Strategist

Job Description

As a YouTube Communications Strategist, you will cultivate the development of support content for YouTube viewers and creators across multiple channels, including the YouTube Help center, education, and internal knowledge bases. You will effectively translate intricate concepts into friendly, easy-to-read content that reflects YouTube's editorial guidelines. You will manage content databases and work cross-functionally to craft excellent material that balances user and business objectives.

You'll partner across YouTube with other Communications Strategists, product specialists, and subject matter experts to develop content that supports and educates YouTube users. You will drive projects and write content that ensure a consistent experience across the Help center, learning material, and internal knowledge bases.
