The Insights, Infrastructure and Technology (IIT) team focuses ensuring the YouTube business organization can evolve at the speed of YouTube. We provide the tools and systems that deliver the information, capabilities and insights necessary to help our partners - and YouTube - continue to grow.

Within IIT, Web Solutions Engineers innovate and develop software-based solutions to solve complex business problems for YouTube or YouTube customers and partners. In this role, you will be passionate about building, guiding and growing an agile team, steering engineers toward a clear vision and goals and celebrating success. You'll demonstrate your passion for automation, scalable solutions and working with large data sets with engineering excellence principles. You will also be a role model and a mentor to the team.

As a Web Solutions Engineer, you will use your technical aptitude and design skills to help your team navigate through complex problems, architect long-term, scalable solutions and unblock the organization from technical challenges. In parallel, you will guide your team's performance, help them navigate through career growth, resolve conflicts, motivate and unlock their full potential.
