The Netflix Consumer Products team is looking for an Ecommerce Manager. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative Ecommerce, direct to consumer (DTC) and/or social commerce programs that bring fan joy while having a lot of fun in the process.

Key responsibilities :
• Develop & manage go-to-market plans for social commerce across multiple platforms (i.e., Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube)
• Apply innovation and forward-thinking to disrupt the way consumers shop and engage with our licensed products..
• Collaborate with and inspire both external and internal cross-functional partners.
• Consider competitive landscape, consumer behavior and current trends to conduct quantitative / qualitative analysis and ensure we are pursuing the right opportunities.
• Advise team on overall ecommerce (including mass retailers) as needed
• Adapt to an ever changing market landscape. Thinking one step ahead, and willing to test new channels & technologies as retail/consumer behavior evolves.

A Typical Day Might Include:
• Build & maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, licensees and internal teams
• Reviewing upcoming titles and working with the Merchandise Brand Strategy team to gain a deep understanding of our content roster.
• Identify, test and execute best in class online user experience methodologies that drive engagement and conversion.
• Track performance to goals and benchmarks as well as provide recommendations & opportunities for improvement.

What we need from you:
• Must be a creative analytical thinker and thrive in a fast paced environment, prioritize and oversee multiple simultaneous projects, and work well with cross functional teams.
• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, direct to consumer (DTC) and/or social commerce business.
• Experience working at or with social media platforms and ecommerce platform solution companies like Shopify, TeeSpring, Wix, SquareSpace etc.
• Track record of generating highly impactful and buzz worthy campaigns.
• Proven ability to understand an audience and what resonates with them (e.g., GenZ, Millennial parents, Kids, Geeks&Gamers).
• Experience growing an online sales channel with clear revenue targets.
• Ability to simplify complex situations and subjects into easy to understand concepts and action items.
• Passionate about social storytelling.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree (preferred).
• International experience a plus!
