Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Brand Manager who will identify, develop, and inspire the Hulu brand marketing efforts to be outstanding, forward-thinking, and culturally relevant. You will lead strategic campaign development and end to end campaign management of some of the brand’s biggest initiatives including our Spring TV and Olympics campaigns. Our ideal candidate will be tapped-in, and ready to explore new innovative ways of problem-solving as we increase our relevancy and Hulu remains front-of-mind for its audiences! In this role, you’ll report to the 'Director of Brand and Culture', and work side by side with the Partnerships team and Live & Licensed team developing initiatives that meet and fulfill the brand needs and desires of our audience in order to build brand consideration, awareness and ultimately brand love.
• A strong understanding of the complete brand management process and experience leading a campaign from start to finish with only some supervision
• Proven experience developing brand strategy and crafting a meaningful 360 campaign brief that delivers upon the larger brand, audience, and channel strategies
• Phenomenal cross-functional collaboration skills - this person should shepherd the campaign throughout the entire organization ensuring partners are on board and provided approvals along the way
• Strong project management skills for prioritizing multiple projects at any one time that may be at different stages of execution and development
• The ability to work closely with Research to optimize campaigns according to consumer data, framework mapping and develop your unbridled need for trend-based, insight-informed solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. You possess a strong sense of storytelling and a talent for writing inspiring briefs, communication plans, and program recaps that improve campaigns year on year
• An innate ability to keep up with, and understand what is relevant, on-trend, and outdated
• A results-oriented mentality to deliver out of the box ideas for growth

• Brief and lead development at the campaign level partnering with the Greenhouse team on the creative concepting process
• Cross-functional taskforce management assistance from other members of the team for detailed production management
• Closely partner with the Consumer Marketing Insights team to develop critical metrics for campaigns and then supervising, tracking, and reporting on the campaign efficiency and impact
• Identify new channels and marketing opportunities for the brand to activate.
