Our subscribers consume billions of hours of video a quarter. To fuel the growing demand, we continue to make significant investments in content; spending almost $15B in 2019.

We are looking for a senior product leader to partner with cross-functional teams and deliver innovative solutions for our content teams. Our solutions leverage data and insights intrinsic to content consumption, providing intelligence to support our content teams as they develop and evaluate new content opportunities. This leader will also be responsible for broadening the adoption of content intelligence across other studio products and workflows. They will collaborate with other studio product teams to enrich their solutions with content data and insights.

What you will do:
• Engage our content teams, deeply empathize with their business goals and workflows, and envision how content intelligence can enable their success
• Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for maximizing the impact of our content intelligence efforts
• Partner with Data Science, Design, Engineering and other Studio Product Managers to lead our approach and deliver compelling content intelligence based solutions
• Grow adoption of the solutions and communicate impact driven

What you will need to be successful:
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data science methodologies. Experience working with data science teams to deliver insight-driven solutions
• Deep empathy for users, their business goals, and their workflows. Curiosity about the role data, insights, and automation can play to delight and enable users
• Tenacity and the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple cross-functional stakeholders
• Orientation towards long-term impact as the yardstick for prioritization, but able to strike the right balance between short term goals and longer-term vision
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• 7+ years experience in product management with a proven record of successfully launching products or platforms
