The Job

The Manager of Integrated Media Strategy will help lead the paid media strategy across traditional and digital, including TV, advanced TV, ACR, OOH, social, digital video, programmatic and direct digital partnerships for Max Originals.

The Daily
• Facilitates briefing and collaboration with Program Marketing team and the media agency to develop paid media campaigns for Max Originals
• Helps to create cohesive go-to-market media strategies and manages cross-campaign alignment to ensure all live media is working together
• Partners with the media team at the agency to ensure appropriate prioritization, proper communications and facilitates knowledge sharing across the team
• Empowers marketing and content teams to make informed and strategic media decisions
• Coordinates efforts around media planning with audience team, measurement team, media partners and other key stakeholders
• Builds strong relationships with key media partners to make the most of partnership opportunities and investments, stay on the cutting edge of new media opportunities, including ad formats, targeting capabilities, optimizations, measurement, and champions pre-campaign research, creative insights, and post-campaign learnings
• Contributes to a culture of sharing of best practices, creating actionable media recaps in collaboration with the agency and measurement team to uncover media and creative performance insights

The Essentials
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5-7 years media experience at a media agency or Brand
• Entertainment and Sports/Family/Kids experience preferred
• Streaming experience preferred
• Experience with integrated planning, especially television inclusive of addressable & advanced tv
• Experience within ad platforms such as DV360, Facebook, Twitter, and other DSPs
• Proactive, detail-oriented, accountable, and enthusiastic
• Superior project management skills; highly organized individual who can manage multiple projects at once
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation); ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
