The Business Technology team is a part of YouTube Global Operations. As a Support Infrastructure Specialist, you'll manage the capabilities of our systems that help power the YouTube support experience. You will be the trusted subject matter expert that will help manage and maintain the overall support ecosystem through technical expertise and consultation for system configuration and administration.
In this role, you'll work with the cross-functional teams to resolve requests and help manage the YouTube support experience and operations.
