As a Strategic Partner Manager on the Content Partnerships team at YouTube, you'll have a unique opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with your portfolio of partners, and to apply and hone business skills in an entrepreneurial environment. You're comfortable working on complex content agreements with partners, as well as working cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines, to ensure our partners are positioned for success on YouTube and to provide the best possible experience for our users.

Creators and artists leverage YouTube to tell their story direct-to-fans. They are entrepreneurs, personalities, and drivers of the zeitgeist who are working towards building large, engaged communities on the YouTube platform. YouTube is the place from which they can test formats, own their own intellectual property, control their narrative and bolster commerce activities.

As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will acquire and manage a portfolio of accounts comprised of Creators and directly manage the growth of their channels on the YouTube platform. You will be a savvy media professional and business advisor who thinks about Creators' entire business operations, how to work with their extended teams, and how to drive maximum engagement on their YouTube channels. You will build and maintain strategic relationships with Creators and their teams. You will be their connection to all things YouTube including facilitating partnership agreements, building content and promotion strategies, driving new opportunities, resolving issues and analyzing/tracking key metrics to identify trends.
