The Job

The Manager of Finance Analysis position will support NBA Digital Operations which includes NBA TV, NBA.com and League Pass.

The Daily
• This role will provide ad hoc reporting and analysis and assist with various projects as required as well as providing direction, guidance and coaching to direct report(s).
• Will need to have an in-depth knowledge of the principles and theories of finance, economics, business, and other related disciplines to plan, design and conduct sound financial and business analyses.
• Must be able to interpret, analyze and summarize complex financial information and provide updates needed
• Be able to effectively partner with other finance and accounting teams across Warner Media to provide forecast or budget updates as well as other ad hoc analysis
• Lead the development of presentations to senior management as part of the forecasting and budgeting processes.

The Essentials
• BA/BS degree minimum
• 4-8 years of progressive experience in roles with demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
• Financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting experience is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrable success of working well in teams as interaction and cooperation with many groups and functions across Warner Media is essential.
• Able to manage multiple high-profile projects and work in a high volume, deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and to effectively deliver results in a clear and concise manner
• Proficiency in Word, Power Point, and Excel required; experience with Hyperion preferred
• Contract compliance experience preferred
