Overview and Responsibilities

The role will primarily lead all aspects of QSR Global Promotions and promotional activities in other categories (Finance/Pet/Automotive) and have direct responsibility for revenue and marketing exposure. Coordinate with the US Consumer Products and Global Ad Sales team to expand programs and partnerships. This position reports to the Director of Licensing.

Responsibilities
• This role will drive growth through improving product portfolio across promotions and licensing categories
• Drive international/global promotions and licensing partnerships focused against Nickelodeon TV/Movie and MTV/Comedy Central branded properties in the QSR space
• Develop ''full-package'' opportunities encompassing franchise property, promotions and/or licensed rights and ad sales
• Work with US CP team to extend US programs internationally and vice versa by extending international programs to include US
• Identify, negotiate and execute partnerships across all current and new categories (Automotive, Travel, QSR, Finance, etc)
• Cultivate long term partnerships with key promotional partners across IP's, events and recreation
• Support and develop materials for local teams to drive promotions at a local level
• Facilitate opportunities with local teams with international/global partners
• Build promotional strategy and key category targets to secure revenue and marketing opportunities across key initiatives
• Lead, guide and grow direct pitches, negotiation and program execution
• Coordinate with team to identify gaps and key categories for licensing opportunities
• Expand existing licensing partnerships to new territories and IP
• Work closely with creative to execute all programs and build pitch decks to sell in new opportunities
• Partner with global Ad Sales teams to grow 360 opportunities across all VIMN properties
• Evaluate deals to ensure programs are on strategy, strong value and do not conflict
• Analyze and forecast estimates for partners and oversee departmental budget
• Build global/international/local success stories and share globally
• Row and run all clip licensing opportunities across all international territories
• Work with cross functional teams and other divisions to execute commitments of partner campaigns including publicity, field marketing, media, licensing and home media.
• Alignment with all local Viacom offices
• Be key lead for promotions across all other internal departments – Ad Sales, Communication, Marketing, etc.
• Actively keep senior management informed / be the voice of Promotions and International Licensing
• Work with local CP teams to ensure maximum alignments with global partners
• Focus on 360 concepts, impacting other lines of business as well (Ad Sales, etc.)
• Increase awareness of key CP properties and products
• Develop tools to keep partners informed (product catalogues, licensee events, newsletters, web environment, etc.)
• Regular updates with key partners on company initiatives and new opportunities

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5-7 years in promotions and licensing

• Additional qualifications:
• Experience in Promotions, Licensing & Sales essential
• Strong interest and understanding of the ViacomCBS brands
