Bravado works closely with new and established clients to create innovative products and marketing plans carefully tailored to each artist or brand. Clients include over a hundred music brands such as Billie Eilish, The Rolling Stones, Bob Marley, Kanye West, The Weeknd, Justin Bieber, Run DMC, Lady Gaga and Guns N’ Roses.

Lead, develop and execute ecommerce merchandise programs for a number of UMG’s up and coming artists. The Manager will be a key point person for all direct to consumer activities. They will work with the artist management to develop a product assortment, a webstore and a marketing plan. They will work with manufacturing vendors to ensure product is made and delivered to fans on time. The manager will analyze results in order to continuously improve results. This person must be able to lead projects from beginning to end and be a self-starter and problem solver. They must have great people and communication skills so they can work effectively with artists and their teams. They must also be skilled at managing and merchandising eCommerce stores and influencing and collaborating with other departments such as creative and production.

How you’ll CREATE:
• Work with artists to maximize the value of their roster of eCommerce stores.
• Develop, execute and manage D2C product offerings and marketing plans/budgets including planning and ROI analysis.
• Give design direction that reflect artists’ brands to creative to ensure product being designed is on brand and in line with the artists’ vision.
• Coordinate with manufacturing vendors to ensure products quality and availability is in line with artist and fan expectations.
• Develop, execute and manage D2C product offerings and marketing plans/budgets including planning and ROI analysis.
• Ensure approvals from all internal and external parties on design, pricing, manufacturing deliverables and collaboration with D2C ops team on set up.
• Monitor and respond to all analytics across all programs.
• Monitor monthly revenue and acquisition results against targets and optimize programs to ensure goals are met.
• Audit programs and stores to ensure each is contributing to revenue, profitability and growth targets.

• 2+ years successful working experience in direct to consumer eCommerce
• Experience in or exposure to the music or entertainment industries
• College degree level strongly preferred
