• Consumer Marketing is responsible for all strategic planning and execution of on and off-channel campaigns. These teams are responsible for defining network objectives, targeting audiences, researching insights, and developing strategies. They facilitate the ideation and implementation of consumer facing events associated with each show, and work across departments to ensure a 360 marketing plan is working cohesively toward launch.
• Digital/Social Media Marketing develops and executes strategy for all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), and for network series and specials. Their main goals are to drive on-air tune in, boost show awareness, and cultivate consumer engagement.
• Market Research gathers domestic or international consumer insights for all ViacomCBS brands. They are responsible for organizing and analyzing all primary consumer research for both the marketing and production teams. Their work includes audience test screenings, production studies, qualitative focus groups, quantitative surveys, and creative testing.
