As the YouTube Music Go-To-Market Lead, you will provide the organization with strategic, analytical, and commercialization support for Music across YouTube. Music is a key pillar of our 2020 'Reach in Relevant Environments' initiative. You will partner with counterparts in sales, GTM, global product solutions teams, and product management dedicated to these initiatives to define the vision and go-to-market strategy based on a strategic understanding of advertiser needs and where the market is heading. You will contribute to prioritization of product asks, design and execution of initiatives to accelerate adoption of these Video and Audio solutions.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
