Partner Marketing Creative UK- Contractor
Our partners range from global consumer electronics brands to telcos and MVPDs. Today, we're partnering with leading brands like SKY, Three, Google, Apple, Samsung, Virgin Media, BT, and more. Working closely with the partner marketing team at Netflix, we are seeking a creative professional responsible for our partner campaigns.

In this assignment, you will be responsible for executing the creative strategy and ensuring business objectives are met across a wide array of partner marketing efforts in the UK and occasionally in Europe. The successful candidate will have deep experience implementing creative strategy from brief to execution. This role works hand-in-hand with the UK Manager delivering against local opportunities, at least 15% of their time will be spent on European and Brand Partnership projects.

This is 6 months temporary assignment with the possibility to extend depending on business needs and performance. You will be hired as an external consultant/ contractor to support Netflix London based team. This is a contract for ~40h per week.

Key assignment deliverables
• Understand the business objectives of our priority partners, and translating into title or brand platforms to execute on our partners channels, leading the production end-to-end
• Introducing partners and their agencies to the Netflix brand, briefing partner campaign creative, and uncovering creative opportunities for our titles
• Proactively translating brand/marketing requirements into concepts our partners and their consumers can be inspired by
• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams including: Marketing Operations, Creative Marketing, Content Services, Editorial, Publishing, PR, Content, Legal, etc
• Offering creative guidance and expertise to regional partner marketing leads and key stakeholders
• Managing the high volume of incoming partner requests including big ATL campaigns and small tactical requests
• Becoming efficient in our marketing tools and finding efficiencies
• Partnering with local agencies to develop breakthrough, content-driven thinking that extends our title campaign efforts
• Directing design and copy throughout Netflix-produced partner asset creation, curation, and delivery
• Uncovering opportunities to develop creative briefs and propose campaign ideas based on upcoming title priorities
• Guarding Netflix brand attribution/representation as well as usage of owned Netflix and studio content in partner creative
• Attending partner meetings and managing creative relationships

Requirements:
• At least 8 years of working experience in the advertising industry, preferably in a creative agency or at a relevant brand
• Previous work experience as Account Director, Creative Services Lead, Senior Creative Producer or similar
• Experience delivering large campaigns across a diverse range of media especially ATL like TV or OOH, with a meaningful body of work to share
• Solid understanding of asset production process is required Based in the UK and with extensive experience in local experience
• Strong passion for movies and TV Well informed creative point of view and ability to present it
• Experience using design and project tools
