Creators Manager

Job Description

The Creators Manager will have unrivalled knowledge and relationships of the online publisher world outside of traditional journalism. They should be able to cover plugging to YouTube Channels, Meme Accounts, Micro and Macro Online Publishers. They should also have basic knowledge of influencer marketing and understanding of community outreach.

Skills & Experience

You will be able to use your relationships to pitch tracks and get placements/coverage of Polydor artists and their music, and plan and report campaigns in a scientific way.

Some of the areas that are essential to be covered are:
• YouTube Channels – all of the big key channels in and around the District network, covering the Indie, Pop Dance and Urban space
• Meme Pages – outreach and placement of content on meme pages and their networks
• Micro Instagram publishers – editorial coverage on small to medium online publishers like Freeda, Tyla etc
• Large scale cross platform publishers – editorial coverage on large online publishers like Ladbible, Joe, Unilad etc
• Influencer marketing – combining content creation with influencers for extra reach and work with our influencer marketing manager to secure shares of content
• Content Creation channels and formats – knowledge of all key publisher’s social channels and their editorial formats
• Community Outreach – Knowledge of online communities that have a strong identity we can work with i.e. Gal Dem, Places and Faces
• Rebel Labs - Liaison with UMG’s in-house publisher network to secure coverage and placements
