Product Policy Enforcement Lead, Trust and Safety

Whether understanding and solving their online content concerns, navigating within global legal frameworks, or writing and enforcing worldwide policy, the Trust & Safety team is on the frontlines of enhancing the YouTube experience, building internet safety, and protecting free speech in our ever-evolving digital world.

As a Product Policy Enforcement Lead on YouTube's Trust and Safety team, you will lead a team responsible for the planning, integration, and launch of enforcement and operations for newly launched products and features. You will work closely with our product and engineering team to understand, and plan for the operational needs to keep these products safe. You will work alongside your policy development and enforcement managers to implement effective operations to ensure both our new products, and their users are kept safe. In this role, you will sometimes review graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive video content in line with YouTube's Community Guidelines.
