Responsibilities

NBCUniversal owns a valuable portfolio spanning across broadcast divisions, cable networks, digital businesses, film, international, local media, Peacock and TV studio productions.

Production: NBC Network News, TODAY, Meet the Press, Dateline, MSNBC Dayside/Primetime/Weekends, Booking, News Business Unit, News Partnerships, News Specials, Network Desk

Digital Video/Editorial/Social: NBCNews.com, NBC News Now, Diversity Verticals, TODAY.com, TODAY Original Video, E-Commerce, Digital Politics, Digital Newsgathering, NBC News Social Team

Communications/Marketing/Research: Audience Development, NBC News Brand Marketing, NBC News & MSNBC Marketing, NBC News PR, Program Research

Deadline: Interested applicants must apply by July 10, 2020.

Qualifications/Requirements
In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution and be able to provide documentation to confirm your degree progress

Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits)

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by NBCUniversal

Desired Characteristics

Strong interest in the media industry

Commitment to building an inclusive work environment

Ability to multitask and highly organized

Excellent verbal and written communication

Previous internshipexperience and on-campus involvement

Strong interest in and demonstrated knowledge of current affairs
