Job Description
As the Director of Creative Studio, YouTube you will be responsible for building, scaling, and operationalizing an outstanding in-house creative studio for YouTube. You will bring strong leadership combined with excellent visual, design, written, and experiential acumen to drive creative strategy, ideation, and excellence. You will be responsible for concepting and shaping the visual language, marketing communications, and end-to-end creative story for YouTube and determine how to scale it globally. You will launch successful marketing campaigns that will build YouTube's brand equity and represent its unique culture and values. You will be responsible for overseeing major media, experiences, visual, and written content. You will own driving innovation, while simultaneously ensuring that campaigns are on brand while balancing YouTube's responsibility mission.
In this role, you will build credibility across YouTube's leadership team and effectively collaborate and align multiple senior stakeholders. You will also work directly with a team of internal creative resources to realize and prove out creative concepts and inspire a team of vendor partners by sharing ideas and developing effective solutions to generate multiple creative concepts. In addition to pushing internal stakeholders beyond their creative comfort zones, you will consolidate the work done by agencies and drive the team to do their best creative work.
