Job Description

DESCRIPTION:

The Tiller Press OMM will help the Assoc. Director of Marketing with key title campaigns, backlist marketing efforts, launching and maintaining imprint social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), as well as helping build out a robust influencer and online community program for a variety of trending nonfiction titles across niche interests. The OMM should have some experience already with nonfiction book marketing, be a creative problem solver, have some design and social savvy, and be able to stay up-to-date on digital trends and best practices. The ideal candidate will also have strong interest in working with analysts to use market intelligence to help guide strategy and execution. This position is part of a new imprint and growing marketing team, so there will be opportunity to explore digital marketing areas and build on responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous book publishing and digital marketing experience preferred.
