Responsibilities
We are seeking a Product Manager to work collaboratively with a highly talented cross-functional team to deliver best-in-class websites and mobile applications. The ideal candidate communicates well and has a passion for delivering robust, high-performance, scalable solutions.

Job Duties
• Discover and document project requirements pertaining to website and mobile application
• Work with key stakeholders and engineering staff to discover and document product requirements
• Submit updates to the product roadmap and communicate project timelines
• Participate in daily meetings to update and document project statuses
• Lead the roll out of new project features
• Help create and ensure the quality of new webpages
• Be an overall advocate for our user's and ensure our applications meet their needs

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• 4 years demonstrating effective collaboration with peers, management and key project stakeholders
• 4 years experience gathering system / project requirements
• 2 years providing actional feedback to engineering for ongoing software projects
• 2 years experience creating wireframes or mock-ups to describe new software projects and providing actionable feedback to designers
• 2 years experience as a project manager
• 2 years working in a content management system (such as Wordpress, Drupal, etc)
• Experience serving as a technical liaison for support issues between business and engineering teams
• Proven ability to solve business problems by revising operational procedures or suggesting changes to the software application.
• Experience in a collaborative, team-driven engineering environment

Desired Qualifications
• Demonstratable experience modifying websites using HTML and CSS
• Gathers requirements and documents status using Jira or equivalent software
• Takes pride in testing and troubleshooting complex software applications
• Technically savvy and comfortable learning new technology quickly
• Demonstrable practical experience writing SQL or database queries
• Demonstratable ability to write or modify JavaScript for Tag Manger or A/B testing software
• Self-organizing and able to prioritize daily tasks across multiple projects
• Has worked in an CMS environment using BrightSpot
• Conducts end-user training
