DESCRIPTION:

We have an ongoing hiring need for DevOps Engineers in various locations and are continuously reviewing applicants. All applicants will be reviewed and considered for a current or near-future opening.

What you'll do:

As a DevOps Engineer, you'll help synergize efforts of development and operations, removing the barriers to deliver a remarkable experience, connecting viewers to their favorite stories or sports fans to their favorite teams. You'll engage product owners to develop problem understanding and work with core platform engineers to find uncharted solutions to set up new systems within our cloud provider as well as migrate existing systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

What you bring:

You are as comfortable writing scripts as you are at deploying and monitoring applications. You know that understanding code isn't everything when it comes to DevOps; the capacity to foresee common pitfalls and identify strategies to overcome them is just as fundamental. Driven by your intellectual curiosity you have acquired knowledge spanning:
• GCP/AWS cloud systems using tools like Terraform, Puppet, Ansible
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
• Containerizing applications using Docker/Kubernetes/ECS
• Programming languages such as PHP, Python, Java
• Cloud migrations from on-premise to fully cloud-based applications
