Director, Marketing Partnerships, Peacock

The Director, Marketing Partnerships - Devices will report to the Vice President of Marketing Partnerships and will be directly responsible for the success of relationships with key strategic distribution partners including SMDs, Telcos, OEMs and Mobile Operators. They will lead a team accountable for growing Peacock's subscriber base and ensuring the health of those partnerships through collaborative and innovative growth marketing initiatives that benefit both our partners and business goals.
The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of how to grow a global subscription business and deep familiarity with the device landscape. Other elements critical to success in this role include curiosity, eagerness to learn, and experience working cross-functionally within a matrixed organization (e.g., Product, Tech, Business Development, Finance, and Legal). The right person for this role possesses strong thought leadership, excellent relationship management skills and a General Manager attitude.
• Serve as the central hub in the holistic growth marketing strategy, identifying incremental, mutually beneficial opportunities to grow the partnership with a focus on building a marketing roadmap that drives growth and engagement of Peacock.
• Lead a team that will build marketing programs as well as manage campaign execution that target specific customer cohorts, viewing behaviors, and product features specific to each partner; accountable for campaign development, approvals, and performance tracking.
• Partner with Business Development teams to bring partnerships from deal close through launch, including informing marketing terms, media spend commitments and securing promotional placements.
• Responsible for channel performance and the health of these partnerships ensuring that we are tracking monthly active accounts, revenue and profitability against forecast
• Work with the media team to manage spend and improve efficiency through the right mix of partners and marketing channels by leveraging learnings from prior media investments and promotional placements.
• Support existing device partners through strong partner business hygiene and operational excellence
• Maintain a cross functional view of all touch points between the partner and Peacock; ensuring operational engagements across company are in line with overall strategy, including aligning product roadmap to unlock additional marketing opportunities, partnering with content acquisition on editorial priorities, working with paid media team to ensure continuity in marketing with Peacock, etc.
• Work with Decision Science team to develop performance analysis (tools, reports, team) on indicators such as conversion rate, cost, new customer volume, lifetime value, and share learnings to drive improvement and recommend renewals.
• Continue to invest in hiring and developing a team to support the global growth of Peacock.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Minimum 8 years experience working with major SMDs, Telco/MVPDs, OEMs and Mobile Operators
• Minimum 8 years experience in marketing/brand within media and entertainment industry

• Collegial, high energy, and persistent personality, and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• MBA Degree Preferred
