SUMMARY
Hulu’s Data and Analytics team is seeking Sr. Manager, Media Analytics who will be an exceptional addition to our Analytics team. As Sr. Manager, Media Analytics at Hulu, you will be responsible for the reporting, measuring and optimization of our paid media investments. The right person for this role is a strong analyst and leader with experience advising marketers on key decisions using sophisticated analytics solutions. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead team of analysts responsible for media analysis, campaign measurement and reporting in support of subscriber acquisition at Hulu.
• Oversee media analytics for all biddable media channels, including programmatic, paid social, paid search, and Youtube.
• Measure campaign performance, including analysis of audiences, tactics, and messaging to drive improved media efficiency
• Build and automate media reports through business intelligence tools such as Datorama and Tableau.
• Collaborate with the subscriber acquisition team on a rapid test-and-learn agenda focused on incrementality experimentation for media measurement and optimization.
• Partner with internal advanced analytics team and external media vendors to design incrementality tests, review methodologies, analyze test results, and interpret findings to various internal partners.
• Act as primary liaison between subscriber acquisition and broader Data and Analytics team on projects such as data unification and modeling.
• Work with broader Data and Analytics team to define requirements for data integration, quality, taxonomy and automation.

WHAT TO BRING
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative or technical field
• 9+ years of experience in media measurement
• Expertise in A/B test design and roadmap development
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, MicroStrategy, and Datorama
• Proficiency with the following tools/languages: SQL, R/Python
• Knowledge of attribution and measurement methodologies
• Familiarity with biddable media channels and platforms

NICE-TO-HAVES
• Masters in a related field
