Responsibilities
• Act as the customer-facing (B2B) POC for a new Fandango data product
• Deliver guidance based on marketing expertise and experience with marketing platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads & DV360
• Accountable for customer's overall success and satisfaction
• Act as primary point of contact throughout customer's lifecycle, defining key deliverables, ensuring clear communication and orchestrating the right internal resources to address customer needs
• Manage onboarding & training on the new data product
• Build and expand relationships with marketing executives at some of the largest studios
• Collaborate with team members to generate learnings and best practices to share with customers, and to use as Sales collateral
• Communicate customer feedback to broader Sales team
• Coordinate custom campaign analysis with internal teams
• Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual business reviews
• Identify studio partnership opportunities with internal Marketing & Content teams
• Contribute towards building a great team
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelors Degree
• 3+ years in an external client-facing role is preferred (e.g. consulting, finance, etc.), great EQ is essential
• Strong PowerPoint/Keynote skills; able to build executive-facing presentations
Desired Characteristics
• 1+ years experience in programmatic media buying/planning, including in-depth platform experience with Facebook, AdWords & DoubleClick Bid Manager (DV360)
• Experience with data onboarding platforms
• Takes extreme ownership
• Extremely self-sufficient
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and related KPIs
• Strong understanding of identity graphs and their relation to PII and cookie-based identifiers
• Great communication skills, both internally and externally; you follow up with people rather than their needing to follow up with you
